Desserts for the Health Conscious: Skinny Cow

I’m a huge fan of Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. Have you tried them? I love the chocolate peanut butter kind. Each sandwich is only 150 calories and has two grams of fat. Not bad at all considering how delicious and satisfying they are. They taste exactly like any other ice cream sandwich you’d get, except they’re about 1/3 of the fat and calories. I love them. At my last grocery store pilgrimage I found Skinny Cow candy bars. Obviously I was intrigued based on my pre-existing Skinny Cow ice cream sammich obsession. I grabbed a box of the Peanut Butter 

Heavenly Crisps. Each bar has 110 calories and they looked promising. They delivered on that hype. These things are INSANELY GOOD. They’re kind of like Peanut Butter Kit Kats if such a thing exists. They’re full of peanut butter chocolate goodness ( I love all things peanut butter) but they have a good wafer texture too. I’m a huge fan. Once again, Skinny Cow does not disappoint.

I’d definitely recommend checking these guys out if you’re in the mood for a dessert that won’t squash your healthy eating habits.
