The Most Delicious, Easiest Breakfast in the Universe

If you’ve become hooked on Better’n Peanut Butter like me then you’ll appreciate this awesome peanut butter banana breakfast smoothie recipe I found over at Self.com. Since I’ve started my Gluten-free diet (emphasis on wheat-free) it’s been a little bit harder to find good breakfast options. This smoothie definitely fills the void and it’s really easy. You need a banana, peanut butter–obviously I use my Better’n Peanut Butter– some milk, ice and and a blender. It takes three minutes to make, and if you have a small blender like I do (mine is also a mug to drink out of) then cleanup is easy.

Sometimes I add Greek yogurt for an extra boost of protein, but I’ve found that this smoothie keeps me full until lunch. I love it.
