Like every other female in the world, I’m obsessed with all things pumpkin. So you can imagine my delight when I discovered this recipe for lightened up pumpkin spice brownies. They’re kind of like Jillian Michaels’s applesauce brownies, but much more festive for fall. The hint of pumpkin is definitely noticeable, but not overwhelming. This makes them perfect for pumpkin junkies and regular brownie enthusiasts alike. The recipe is easy peasy to make, and looks like this as you’re preparing it:
The finished product is a gooey, fudgey brownie that just tastes like September.
I’d definitely recommend making these guys for as part of a weekend treat, right after apple picking, perhaps. They would also be the perfect way to end a crockpot meal. Do you have any fall meals that you’re making these days?
